Returns & Exchanges

New, sealed records can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Records must be unopened and in original condition, with your receipt or order number. We offer exchanges or store credit — no refunds.

Used records are inspected and graded before they hit the shelf. If a used record is defective (skips, warps, or pressing flaws), bring or send it back within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for store credit any time before release day.

Event tickets and sale items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Call us at (305) 452-8636 or email endorecordsmiami@gmail.com with your order number. Returns are accepted in store at 10577 SW 109th Ct, Miami, FL 33176, or by mail. For mailed returns we recommend a tracked service; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
